Miley to Bieber: "Pay People to Make Sure You Don't Get in Trouble"
Miley Cyrus stopped by The Tonight Show With Jay Leno on Thursday and offered some pretty solid advice for Justin Bieber. Within the last two weeks, the 19-year-old was arrested on DUI and drag racing charges and he turned himself in to Canadian authorities for an alleged assault charge from December.
"You know what, you got a lot of money," Miley said about Biebs. "Pay people to make sure you don't get in trouble. And party at your house! Buy a house, and add a club to it."
Leno pressed Miley about her teenage bad behavior, but Miley doesn't have a ton of regrets. In 2010, when Miley was 18, the "Adore You" singer was filmed smoking salvia and later apologized to her fans. But salvia isn't illegal in California, and neither are most of Miley's other... hobbies.
"I get the most flak of everybody, but I'm not doing anything illegal! I do a lot of sh-t, but I'm not doing anything illegal," Cyrus said. "Everything I do is legal in California." If only the same were true for these other musicians.
