Future Gets Grimy With Pharrell, Pusha T on "Move That Dope"
Future's highly-anticipated Honest needed a banger after the lukewarm reception to the super-pop Miley Cyrus collaboration "Real and True." And with "Move That Dope" featuring Pusha T and Pharrell, the Atlanta rapper might have found it.
Over a decaying beat from close collaborator Mike Will Made It, the three rappers—along with Future's right hand man Casino—assume their most swaggering poses, rapping about exactly what the song advertises. Of course, this isn't foreign territory for any of the four, especially Pusha T, who made intensely drug-focused music for years as a member of the Clipse (coincidentally, with beats from Pharrell).
Honest doesn't have a release date yet, but the sheer force of "Move That Dope" might change that very quickly.
