There's no denying Miley Cyrus is having one heck of a year, but let's not talk about it in front of Robin Thicke.

US Weekly is reporting that the "Blurred Lines" singer is resenting Cyrus for having more success than him after their controversial performance at the 2013 VMAs.

"Robin is jealous Miley's career took off after that," a source tells the magazine. "He thinks she hijacked the performance."

Another unnamed source said that the feelings of disdain is actually coming from the "Wrecking Ball" singer because Thicke didn't defend their duet after Oprah Winfrey asked him about the scandalous performance in a recent interview.

Come on, guys. There’s room for everyone!

Though Miley recently said she likes to perform with artists who don’t have to answer to anyone. So that answers that.
