The '90s are back... again

If there was any doubt that the '90s are back—Miley Cyrus is reviving Ren & Stimpy and Ariana Grande is bringing back the decade's R&B—this news should settle that debate: Jodeci are planning their return. Yes, that Jodeci.

Timbaland has been working with the "Forever My Lady" group and let the cat out of the bag during a recent fan chat (even though he wasn't supposed to).

"By the way, people who follow Timbaland from day one, I met with [original Jodeci member] DeVante [Swing] and I'm gonna help work on the new Jodeci album. Just for y'all to know," Timbaland said. "I ain't really supposed to say that but I will be working on the new Jodeci album. And that will be my career coming full circle... connecting back with DeVante again."

Fun Fact: DeVante Swing is the one who gave Timbaland (formerly Timothy Mosley) the name "Timbaland." Tim went on to help produce Jodeci's 1995 LP The Show, The After-Party, The Hotel, which was the last album they released.

No word on when this new Jodeci album will drop, but fingers crossed it hits this year.

Director, Spike Lee, shares a behind-the-scene photo of the late king of pop, Michael Jackson, during the taping of "They Don't Care About Us" in Brazil. The 1995 music video shows Michael dancing through the streets of Brazil pleading for human rights. "Help us celebrate Michael Joseph Jackson's 56th Born Day" Lee adds.
