Despite being one of the highest-paid DJs in America, New York's DJ Cassidy—who played Obama's 2009 inauguration and the Jay/Bey wedding—is just getting around to releasing his debut album.

It's called Paradise Royale. It hits June 24. And based his just-dropped R. Kelly collabo "Make the World Go Round," this album could be the perfect party record of summer 2014.

Melding swinging soul horns, crisp funk riffs and sophisticated, lush pop production, this is a fantastic addition to the 21st century disco revival.

Cassidy's throwback sound isn't an accident or a lark. Nile Rodgers—disco's unsung MVP and the guitar player on Daft Punk's "Get Lucky"—plays on DJ Cassidy's Paradise Royale album, and his sonic fingerprints are all over this track.

Listen to it above and dare yourself not to dance.
