Forbes has released their "World's 100 Most Powerful Women" list and Beyonce ranks at #17, ahead of many leaders in the business and political worlds, including House of Representative Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and Vogue Editor-in-Chief Anna Wintour.

The rankings measured 250 potential candidates in three different categories: money (obviously), global media mentions and "spheres of influence," which essentially translates to personal brand power.

It's unclear at the moment how leaked hotel surveillance footage factors into all of this.

Other pop stars that made the list: Shakira came in at # 58 and Lady Gaga at # 67. Which just goes to show: Even if ARTPOP wasn't her most successful outing, the Little Monster brand hasn't waned.
