Ed Sheeran's gearing up for the release of his new album X, and today the British singer-songwriter shared a live version of "One," the album's opening track. The video above was shot at Wembley Arena in London in front of just a few crew members.

"One" is a tender love ballad that features Sheeran's sweet falsetto singing about getting drunk, stumbling home, and regret. A whole lot of regret.

Sheeran recently sat down with Fuse and discussed working with Rick Rubin and how this second album will "make a statement." Right now, we're thinking that statement is "invest in tissues."

 X is out June 24.
