Don't expect Jay and Bey to book their next romantic getaway at The Standard.
Earlier today, security camera footage of Jay Z, Beyonce and Solange taking a post-Met Gala elevator ride hit the Internet. And for reasons unknown, Solange started attacking Hova in the elevator, swinging wildly and kicking him as fellow passengers tried to hold her back.
Now the hotel has come forth, confirming their hotel security footage was compromised. And they truly seem embarrassed. The hotel issued a statement to the AP stating that they are "shocked and disappointed that there was a clear breach of our security system." The Standard promised to "discipline and prosecute the individuals involved to our fullest capacity."
We don't know what this means for the future of Jay-Bey-Ange, but we're not expecting the younger Knowles to make any guest spots on her big sis and brother-in-law's summer tour.
