Lil Wayne's daughter Reginae Carter turned 16 over the weekend, and Weezy didn't miss the opportunity to treat his newly old-enough-to-drive offspring to a couple slick whips. In addition to throwing Reginae a huge Atlanta party, Weezy hooked Nae-Nae up with a new BMW and a Ferrari GTO. (You know the line in "Believe Me" — "his and hers Ferraris, n---a." Tunechi kinda spoiled the birthday surprise with that one.)
Back to that party, though. It was a Winter White Sweet 16 theme; MTV writes that Reginae "had at least five outfit changes throughout the night." Wayne's Young Money apprentice and BFF Nicki Minaj was on hand to perform "Beez in the Trap." Game also threw Nae-Nae a birthday wish, since they happen to be birthday twins.
Earlier this year, Reginae swung by Fuse to preview her upcoming debut album, Becoming Reginae, and to talk about what it's like having Weezy as a daddy — and as a copilot. "Now that I just got my [driver's] permit, I did get to ride with both my mom and my father," Reginae said. "When I went to Miami, I begged him all week. I was like 'Daddy, are you gonna let me ride with you?!' I drove him around, but he was like, 'Baby! Baby, watch out! Watch out! You gotta turn right here!'" Check out our interview with Reginae below, and imagine her now driving her dad around in that new Ferrari.
