2014 may have been about "Happy," G I R L and The Voice for Pharrell, but the super producer and pop triple threat is starting off 2015 with a whimsical bang—and a long-anticipated reunion.

N.E.R.D. have come back into the fold for the SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water soundtrack, and they're easing into their jam-crafting and mega hook skills with the flick's single, "Squeeze Me."

The track is just as goofy and wholesome as you'd expect for a full-length cartoon feature, but it's not just for kids. The verses are there, the rock steady bass and beat draw you in faster than you can shout the "SPONGEBOB! SQUAREPANTS!" refrain and Pharrell's voice takes front and center on the jovial production. All in all, it's a wonky, weird and totally wonderful tune that justifies your guilty pleasure for cartoons beyond Saturday morning.
