When Jack White's not breaking world records, he's breaking the hearts of college students. His booking agency, William Morris Endeavor Entertainment, placed a ban on any and all future performances at the University of Oklahoma after the student newspaper, the Oklahoma Daily, published White's contract. They report that the agency "said they won’t book any more bands or other talents to come to OU because the article mocked Jack White and they don’t want any other artists treated that way."

Much to White's chagrin, the document included his tour rider, stipulating his inarguable need for guacamole—along with a very specific recipe for how to prepare the dish, which you can check out here.

It turns out the guac was only the icing on the very peticular cake. As Pitchfork points out, the contract also stipulates a very anti-banana policy: "This is a NO BANANA TOUR. (Seriously.) We don’t want to see bananas anywhere in the building." On the other hand, White requested, immediately after his performance, a "New York strip steak, cooked medium, with steamed vegetables on the side and no sauce." Jack White knows what he likes.
