Update (2/27): Kelly Clarkson has shared yet another new track, the emotive piano ballad called "Tightrope." Listen to it in the player below...and try not to shed a tear.

Original Story: No one can rip a heart apart and put it back together again like Kelly Clarkson. The original American Idol star has been sharing songs from her upcoming March 3 album, Piece by Piece, almost daily. First came "Heartbeat," her lead single about being totally in love, then the Sia-penned feminist anthem, "Invincible." Yesterday we got a Tokio Hotel cover with John Legend. The woman's nothing if not eclectic.

Today she's delivered "Let Your Tears Fall," a delicate side of our new Clarkson. Spin it below.

There are moments where the song feels like Rihanna, and others where Taylor Swift's "Style" comes to mind. Without feeling cluttered, the song repeats a somber "let your tears fall" before exploding the way an EDM track would. Clarkson definitely knows how to find catchiness in melancholy.
