When your business is so directly made or broken by your attitude -regardless of what your business is- mindset is paramount. Basketball? Ad sales? Acting? No matter.

The Eastern Conference is officially underway, and while I'm not an avid follower of any professional sport, it still downright fascinates to scan the recent Spotify activity of anyone pulling down an average of $4,700,900 annually. Mind you, that's just the average... what would you turn up to on your $500,000 day at the office?

I linked up with six NBA teams who are competing in the 2015 Playoffs to find out how select members keep their heads straight when the clock is running on a game that could make or break their careers, and their bank accounts.

Hint: Much like last year, there's a lot of Drake. But there's also at least one in there that you most definitely weren't expecting.

In this episode, hear from Jeff Teague, Kent Bazemore, Mike Muscala, and Mike Scott of the Atlanta Hawks.

Big Sean "Dark Sky (Skyscrapers)"

Alright Jeff, I see you. "Blessings" was more my lane, but "Skyscrapers" was a memorable cut from the record, too. And since the album was anchored by its features (E-40 represent), it's nice to see a Teague repping a solo track.

Drake "10 Bands"

This one makes perfect sense. When I bob along to "10 Bands" I'm daydreaming. Teague is probably just reveling in the commonality he shares with Drizzy.

4 / 16

Paramore "Ain't It Fun"

Kent Bazemore, 24

Drake "6 Man"

What would happen Bazemore traded to the Raptors? Bromance?

7 / 16

Jay Z "Allure"

One-time classic, turned deep cut. No studio version available.

8 / 16

Kanye West ft Allan Kingdom, Theophilus London, Paul McCartney "All Day"

I can most definitely see why this track would provide the fire (no pun intended) for a money-maker victory.

Mike Muscala, Player 31

MNEK "More Than A Miracle"

Props to Muscala for switching the flow up on me, shit was getting too predictable. And the 6 God isn't the only guys with pipes around here, as is evident by the MNEK's "More Than A Miracle."

11 / 16

Kid Ink ft Dej Loaf "Be Real"

Shout out to female emcees, need more of you in the industry.

12 / 16

Drake "Used To"

Here we go again.

Mike Scott, 32

Future "Fuck Up Some Commas"

Brb, gotta hit up Rap Genius to figure out why Future hates commas so much.

15 / 16

Big Sean ft Drake, Kanye West "Blessings"

There it is, thanks, Scott.

Johnny Cinco "They Gave The Wrong Young Nigga Money"

Everyone likes feeling like they got away with something.

Oct. 20: Fashion Party

Is there anyone busier than Chance The Rapper these days? Attending fancy State Dinners at the White House with Dad, starring in the best Kit-Kat commercial we’ve ever seen, partying with Beyoncé, and now dancing the night away with the one-and-only Iman! At the KENZO X H&M fashion event Chance rubbed elbows with not only Iman, but with Lupita Nyong’o, Rosario Dawson and Halsey as well. Both Chance and Iman are ambassadors for the KENZO x H&M campaign.
