Janet Jackson's getting ready to release her first album in seven damn years. We've been in a nonstop sweat since hearing the news two weeks ago, and now we get to start actually jumping up and down with the arrival of the first snippet of music.

No more time-wasting: Listen now.

How about those handwritten lyrics? How about that possible confirmation that the new Janet record will be titled Conversations in a Cafe?! (She's been hashtagging her tweets with #conversationsinacafe for weeks, but this feels like the clincher.) Also, fun fact: A harp sound very much like this harp sound opened the song "Anything" on 1997's The Velvet Rope.

There's no official word on when Janet Jackson's 11th studio album—her first since 2008's Discipline—will drop, but it could be July 7. Meanwhile, there's definitely a sprawling world tour starting August 31. Scope out all the dates here.
