Kendrick Lamar's good kid, m.A.A.d. city and To Pimp a Butterfly flipped the rap game on its head. Now K-Dot is looking to create change in the gang scene with a brilliant new pair of sneakers.

The "Alright" MC helmed the upcoming Kendrick Lamar x Reebok Ventilator design with a message of peace, namely between rival Los Angeles gangs the Bloods and the Crips.

With an off-white base, the word "red" is sewn onto the heel of the right shoe and "blue" onto the left heel—the colors that represent the Bloods and the Crips, respectively. The words "Kendrick Lamar" and "TDE" are inscribed on the front of the tongue along with the word "neutral" in bold font on the inside. Peep the sneaks below:

It isn't the first time Lamar brought the two gangs and their respective colors into his art before: The cover for his single "i" showed two people coming together, dressed in red and blue.

The Kendrick Lamar x Reebok Ventilator are available on July 18 and go for $143.
