5 Seconds of Summer's second album is scheduled to drop in November and we're waiting as patiently as we can...and also researching the crap out of them to learn any and all details pre-release. We know they've been in the studio with everyone and their mother, including the Madden brothers of Good Charlotte (who co-authored their first new single, "She's Kinda Hot"), Simple Plan, Sum 41—basically any artist you love from the years of 2002-2006.
While searching songwriting database BMI, we noticed something peculiar. Turns out, 5 Seconds of Summer (at least, Luke Hemmings and Ashton Irwin) have written with Panic! at the Disco frontman Brendon Urie. That's not even the best part—the track is titled, "Pretty in Ink." Really!
We can't even begin to guess the glory that is this song, but we'll settle for knowledge of its existence. While you wait for the tune with us, take our quiz: Is this a 5 Seconds of Summer or One Direction lyric?
