Update (8/10): It has arrived! Lana Del Rey's "High by the Beach" was floating around the 'net throughout the weekend, but we've got the official version for ya above.

Premiered on Apple Music's Beats 1, "Beach" opens with Lana dreamily cooing over what sounds like a waves lapping on a beach shore. But soon the chorus hits and an aggressive, trap-influenced production hits where our Honeymoon diva sings, "The truth is I never bought into your bullsh*t / When you would pay tribute to me, 'cause I know that / All I want to do is get high by the beach / Get high baby baby, bye bye."

Original Story (8/4): As we wait with bated breath for Lana Del Rey's upcoming full-length, Honeymoon, the melancholic pop star keeps dropping news to keep us entertained. First she let it slip that she was in the studio with Mark Ronson. Then we heard a more mature sound from the singer in her Age of Adaline song, "Life is Beautiful." Soon we learned she wrote a cut called "Music To Watch Boys To" (how perfectly her), and finally we were gifted the morose title track, "Honeymoon."

Today Lana has revealed that her next song, "High by the Beach," will arrive Aug. 10.

While we have no idea what the track will sound like, it does ring similar to Demi Lovato's "Cool for the Summer," right? We'll keep you posted on the latest in Honeymoon news, but until then, read our op-ed on why so many (crazy) people dislike Lana Del Rey.
