A few months ago everyone's favorite British metalcore band Bring Me the Horizon dropped "Happy Song," a radio rock–ready song used to announce their upcoming full-length, That's The Spirit. The release marks their move from indie Epitaph Records for major label Columbia Records, so we're banking on a post-hardcore revival...the emo one has treated us so well, after all!

Today the guys went to the BBC to debut "Avalanche," the latest song from the highly-anticipated release.

It opens with a somber Oli Sykes crooning:

Cut me open and tell me what's inside
Diagnose me because I can't keep wondering why
I know it's not a phase because it happens all the time
Start over, check again and tell me what you find

Then it launches into a self-deprecating chorus: "I never stood a chance / My heart is frozen over / And I feel like I'm treading on thin ice / And I'm going under."
