Update (10/2): Selena Gomez's latest sexy song is "Me & the Rhythm." Equal parts romantic and club-ready, this song might be our favorite Revival tune to date. There's even a Janet Jackson-esque speaking verse! Listen above.

Original Story (9/29): Selena Gomez is burning toward the release of Revival—October 9!—and igniting our excitement almost on a daily basis. We just got the cinematically awesome "Same Old Love" video and the surprising cover of Magic!'s "Rude," hot off the heels of her A$AP Rocky collabo "Good for You."

Today we've got a preview snippt of "Me & the Rhythm," produced by Sweden's Mattman & Robin. (Ampersands everywhere!) And, uh, no surprise, but this one's gonna be great, too.

The bits of lyrics we can hear go a little something like this:

"Everybody wants to get some
But don'tcha play a song about love
When I move my body, I don't have to talk about them
Let the chemicals do its stuff
Till the energy is too much"

Then the chorus drops, and Selena's letting us know all she needs, which, spoiler alert, is right there in the title.

Go ahead and preview those 30 hot seconds "Me & the Rhythm" now. Not a knock on Selena, more a commentary on 2015's beautiful, forward-and-backward-looking pop sounds, but: This one could maybe sound at home on Carly Rae Jepsen's latest LP?
