After years of building success on his own terms, Mac Miller is here with his major label debut. Which, let's be honest, is still bound to read as "on his own terms." The 23-year-old Pittsburgh rapper recently told Grantland, "I want people to understand how deeply immersed I am with my own shit. I don’t have an A&R. No A&R is sending me beats that I put [a verse] on. It’s so far from that.”

As if to reinforce that sentiment, the GO:OD AM begins with a beat from Tyler, the Creator, whose production work for non-Odd Future kids is sparse. (The two worked together on 2013's Watching Movies with the Sound Off, but the cut ended up being a bonus track.)

"The most surprising, yet appropriate, guest appearance comes from Internet prophet Lil' B on 'Time Flies,'" NPR reports. It's a great time to link up with the Based God, who earlier this summer dropped a high-quality freestyle mixtape with Chance the Rapper.

The 17-track GO:OD AM also features MiguelChief Keef, Ab-Soul and Little Dragon. Its lead single and music video is "100 Grandkids," which you can catch here.
