Somehow, "Lady Marmalade" hasn't been remade since the 2001 remake of the 1975 Labelle original. Rita Ora's ready, though, with fancy feet in mind to fill the shoes last worn by Christina AguileraLil' Kim, Mýa and Pink.

"It's always been my goal to create another 'Lady Marmalade,'" Ora told U.K. paper the Sun (via NME). "I'm trying to round up the troops—I think it would be me, Miley [Cyrus]Charli XCX—she'd be fun—and Iggy [Azalea]."

Consider our sights laser-focused on Miley (out and about with her Dead Petz album and tour), Iggy (just announced her sophomore LP Digital Distortion) and Charli (still rolling off the momentum of December 2014's Sucker) for their thoughts on the potential tri-continental team-up.

In 2014, Ariana GrandeNicki Minaj and Jessie J's "Bang Bang" was on numerous occasions interpreted as a modern day successor to "Lady Marmalade."
