After scoring hits with Big SeanTrey Songz and Tinashe, among others, DJ Mustard is diving head first into the pop world.

The superstar producer confirmed on Twitter that a new song he recorded a song with Britney Spears would be coming soon. It's unclear whether it'd be the singer's follow-up to this summer's "Pretty Girls," featuring Iggy Azalea (which many mentioned had a very similar vibe to the L.A. beatmaker's work) or an entirely different project. Earlier this month, Spears confirmed that she is "working hard" on her next album.

Mustard had previously teased a collaboration, saying that a Mustard and Britney track goes "harder than hard."

Most recently Mustard produced Ty Dolla $ign's new collabo with E-40, "Saved," while Spears was recently snapped in the studio with pop songwriters Justin Tranter and Julia Michaels (Justin Bieber's "Sorry," Selena Gomez's "Good for You," Hailee Steinfeld's "Love Myself"). Her last album, Britney Jean, was released in 2013.
