Last week, we reported how eagle-eyed Coldplay fans connected a mysterious London subway poster to the band's new album coming out on December 4, and that appears all but confirmed now.

The act shared the exact same "flower of life" pattern on their Twitter account today. There wasn't the inclusion of a date like the subway posters, but it seems pretty much certain that the symbols are related and that the forthcoming record, tentatively A Head Full of Dreams and rumored for a late 2015 release, will drop next month.

Frontman Chris Martin previously called the LP "the final thing" for the band, adding "it's like the last Harry Potter book or something like that." He did elaborate that more music could appear "one day," but it appears the record will be Coldplay's last for a while, with the group taking a hiatus a la One Direction.
