Erykah Badu Disses Iggy Azalea: "What You're Doing is Definitely Not Rap"
Erykah Badu—whose new mixtape But You Caint Use My Phone is next-level phenomenal—hosted the 2015 Soul Train Music Awards on Sunday night (Nov. 15). In her monologue, she play-acted conversations with André 3000 and Young Thug, telling them not to come because she was “banning all rap this year.”
Then Iggy Azalea rang in. “Oh, no no no no no no no, you can come," Badu pretended to tell the Australian. "'Cause what you're doing is definitely not rap.” And the crowd went wild:
