Get excited, L.A. Beliebers: Justin Bieber will celebrate the release of his new album, Purpose, with a special evening at Los Angeles’ Staples Center arena on Friday, Nov. 13.

Billed as ‘An Evening with Justin Bieber,’ the event is not specifically announced as a performance, per se, but an album release party that will include the world premiere of a “dance short film” titled Purpose: The Movement. A graphic Bieber posted online on Monday night (Nov. 9) also teases, “Special Album, Guest Appearances & a Live Q&A with Justin.”

Tickets for the event are $18, but fans also have the option of purchasing Purpose and a ticket for $22. Clearly, the Biebs is striving to come out on top in his release-date showdown with One Direction!

Bieber is expected to announce a world tour in support of Purpose for 2016. The album has already spawned two Top 5 singles, “What Do You Mean?” and “Sorry.” Click here to listen to a few more new Bieber tunes, including his just-released duet with Halsey.
