Lil Wayne will return this month with No Ceilings 2, a sequel to one of his most popular mixtapes ever. That epic set was released on Halloween in 2009, and Part 2 is coming six years later on Thanksgiving:

Prior to Wayne's announcement, his Young Money cohort Mack Maine teased the release on Twitter on Saturday. No Ceilings 2 will follow Sorry 4 The Wait 2 and FWA (Free Weezy Album) from this year.

Released following the hugely successful 2008 album Tha Carter III, No Ceilings is largely considered one of Weezy's best mixtapes, and found the Young Money head rapping over tracks like Jay Z's "Run This Town," Gucci Mane's "Wasted" and Waka Flocka Flame's "O Let's Do It." Ah, to be young and in love with Brick Squad...

Meanwhile, Lil Wayne has said that Tha Carter V is finished and that he is working on "a comfortable way and a comfortable deal" in order to release it. Perhaps he can figure it out by Christmas, and singlehandedly rule the 2015 holiday season?
