Coldplay, we now officially know, are about to return. Their seventh and possibly final album, A Head Full of Dreams, appears to be coming December 4. Adding fuel to the fire is a 30-second teaser for a new song.

The preview, for a cut hashtagged (acronym'ed?) as #AOAL, is either on a loop or is the weirdest Coldplay song since the Bon Iver–ish "Midnight" on May 2014's Ghost Stories. It's got prog-rock guitar and a fluttering, choppy vocal that sounds nothing like Chris Martin:
