Adele's 25 just said "Hello" to another amazing milestone.
Billboard reports that the LP has officially moved 5 million copies, three weeks after its release. It passes the benchmark after early sales reports from Nielsen Music say the album sold at least 510,000 copies in this latest week of album sales.
The additional half-million adds to the 4.49 million copies of 25 that were sold in its first two weeks.
Billboard adds that 25 is the first LP to sell 5 million-plus copies in one calendar year since Adele's last time out, when 21 moved 5.82 million copies. Pre-Adele, the last album to do that was Usher's Confessions in 2004 which sold 7.98 million.
