Azealia Banks has reportedly run into more trouble with the law, getting arrested on Tuesday night (Dec. 15) after biting a security guard at a New York club.

According to TMZ, Banks became irate at Up & Down nightclub on Tuesday night after a female security guard did not allow the female rapper entry. Banks reportedly started swearing and using racial slurs, and did not calm down when she was eventually admitted to the club by a manager.

Banks allegedly spat in the guard's face, and when she was being escorted out of the club, she bit the guard in the breast. The rapper was arrested for assault and disorderly conduct.

A rep for Banks did not respond to Fuse's request for comment. Banks has yet to comment on the incident on social media.

The "212" star faced an assault investigation in October after she and her entourage allegedly assaulted a security guard at a Los Angeles club. Banks also was kicked off of a plane earlier this year for screaming homophobic slurs, an incident which was caught on tape.
