North West is officially a big sister! On Saturday afternoon (Dec. 5), Kim Kardashian shared with her 37.4 million Twitter followers (and the world) the news that she and husband Kanye West welcomed their new baby boy into the world.

The elated new mother tweeted a photo of the couple holding hands with the caption "he's here!" and a link to an official announcement on Kardashian's site. No word on the baby's name just yet; North West, the couple's first child together, was born in June 2013.

"Mother and son are doing well," the announcement reads. According to E!, Kim's mom Kris Jenner and older sister Kourtney were at the hospital all throughout the birth. Kim was originally not due until Christmas Day, but it seems the new little man of the house was ready to make his big debut a little early.

The couple announced they were expecting again earlier this year in June, via an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Later that month on Father's Day, Kim subtly let the world know they were expecting a baby boy, in an Instagram caption dedicated to her hubby Kanye.

We're so excited and happy for you, Kim and Kanye, and the entire Jenner/Kardashian/West family – Congrats from Fuse!
