The Maine on Facebook

Arizona rock quintet the Maine has reworked three disparate late-90's pop hits – Backstreet Boys' tender ballad "As Long As You Love Me," New Radicals' quirky anthem "You Get What You Give" and Len's euphoric "Steal My Sunshine" – on its recently released EP, Covers (Side A).

The EP, out now via iTunes, features guest vocals from the Technicolors' Brennan Smiley (their glossy, straight-ahead version of "You Get What You Give") and Mayday Parade's Derek Sanders (their new-wave-meets-pop-punk version of "Steal My Sunshine"). The most dramatic departure is the band's atmospheric, stripped-down take on "As Long As You Love Me." Listen below.

The Maine promoted the release with a goofy music video for "Steal My Sunshine," which features sunbathing and copious amounts of sunscreen.
