Fashion trends come and go, and in a pop culture world obsessed with nostalgia, it's usually in cycles. These days we're all totes obsessed with everything '90s, so it only makes sense that the coolest female fashion brand on the planet, Nasty Gal, would look to the coolest musician of the grunge era, Courtney Love, for some advice.

Though the "Celebrity Skin" Hole days have come and gone, Love's penchant for baby doll dresses, little girl barrettes and fire engine red lip stick is forever burned in our minds. Since 1993 Washington State thrift stores aren't at our disposal anymore, the creative crew at Nasty Gal decided to take that aesthetic and modernize it in a collection we're already obsessed with.

Vogue has a sneak peak of the goods. Love told the publication much of the inspiration came from, well, archives of herself:

“There were photos and I had a few [pieces] that I had saved. We went through some of my rock-star ’90s stuff and redid that in a more modern context, and some new things as well.”

So stoked. Items will range from $48 to $188. Check out a dress below and view more shots of the upcoming collection here.
