While Panic! at the Disco preps the release of its next album, Death of a Bachelor (it arrives Friday! So soon!) the group has been playing a few dates in the U.K. Apparently Brendon Urie and crew are big David Bowie fans, so at their gig last night (Jan. 12) at the O2 Academy in London, they opted to donate 100 percent of their merchandise proceeds to Cancer Research UK in honor of the late rock icon.

Bowie passed away Monday after a private 18-month battle with the terminal illness.

They posted a tweet about the event and covered Bowie's "Oh You Pretty Things" at the gig. Watch that performance above, then take our ultimate Panic! at the Disco fan quiz.
