On Monday night (Jan. 4), the 2016 Coachella lineup was released, and Guns N' Roses were at the top of it. Great! But what does that mean--is GN'R back with its classic lineup, or is Axl Rose trotting out the group he's been playing with over the past decade?

Fortunately, the former appears to be true, as guitarist Slash and bassist Duff McKagan have cagily confirmed that they are back in Guns N' Roses. Yes, this is actually happening.

Slash posted a photo on his Instagram account, while McKagan shared one on Twitter. No word yet on the full band lineup, but those two are the cornerstones of a legitimate reunion, and haven't played in Guns N' Roses in nearly 20 years.

The confirmation arrives after weeks of teasers, including unexplained clips before select showings of Star Wars: The Force Awakens. GN'R is rumored to be touring throughout the summer of 2016.
