If you follow Prince Royce and/or Sofia Reyes, you know the Latin pop stars' careers have been intertwined since the bachata prince signed the Mexican songstress as the first artist under his newly created D'Leon Records label. Today, their business relationship turns musical with the reveal of a new ballad.

"Sólo Yo" (or "Just Me" in English) is a gorgeous duet that opens with soft piano and acoustic guitar before growing into an orchestral power ballad. The two stars sound lovely harmonizing with one another, namely on the second verse where Reyes croons as Royce handles the lower notes in his signature smooth tone.

While we had Sofia's feel-good pop jams like "Muevelo" and "Contigo (Rest of Your Life)" on repeat, this new track spotlights the fact that this girl can saaaang in a way we weren't hearing on her previous pop singles. We love that her mentor brought out this side of her, and we can't wait to see what else this young star has to offer as she preps her debut full-length, expected this year.

Watch the official lyric video above, and consider us waiting very impatiently for what's sure to be a stunning accompanying music video.
