OK! magazine recently published a story about 26-year-old Tyga inappropriately direct-messaging with a 14-year-old model on Instagram. On Tuesday, TMZ shared video of a press conference where the girl, Molly O'Malia, spoke tearfully about the situation, saying Tyga asked her to FaceTime three times and made her "uncomfortable." By her side was celebrity super-lawyer Gloria Allred.

Now Tyga has responded via his management. Their word is that Tyga and his Last Kings Records label discovered O'Malia after learning "she had a pretty strong musical following online." "As for her age—according to text messages obtained by TMZ ... Molly mentions she is 17," the site writes. O'Malia says the exchanges barely involved discussion of her music; Tyga's camp says the opposite, contending that the communication was focused on music.

Tyga was previously scrutinized for dating Kylie Jenner—the youngest Kardashian kid—beginning when she was 17. Last summer, when she was 19, they got hot and heavy in the Young Money rapper's "Stimulated" video.
