Update: Ed Sheeran's "Thinking Out Loud" also won Song of the Year at the 2016 GRAMMYs. Find out about that huge win here.

Original Story: Great news for Sheerios! Our boy Ed Sheeran just won his first-ever GRAMMY for Pop Solo Performance. The British babe took home the award for "Thinking Out Loud," beating BFF Taylor Swift and her "Blank Space."

This also means Sheeran beat former fling Ellie Goulding and her single "Love Me Like You Do," as well as Kelly Clarkson's "Heartbeat Song" and The Weeknd's "Can't Feel My Face."

Does this mean Ed might triumph over Tay for the big Song of the Year category? Stay tuned to Fuse.tv to find out!
