Adele's 'Hello' Gets Mashed Up With 'The People v. O. J. Simpson' on 'Corden'

The People v. O. J. Simpson just aired its fifth episode on Tuesday, and the culture-waves it's sending out seem to be getting fiercer by the week. On Wednesday night's Late Late Show with James Corden, we got a four-piece viral video about the FX series.

Part one: Corden points out the unsettling preponderance of hourglasses ("I understand the need to murder someone more than I understand the need to have that many hourglasses"). Part deux: An Arsenio Hall joke. Part the third: Surprising "black people"/"white people" dialogue supercut.

Which brings us to the 3:40 mark in the video above, to Adele's "Hello" soundtracking a People v. O. J. Simpson late night telephone call scene. And yeah, it gets the same washed-out hue as the frequently viral-fied music video.
