Are Guns N' Roses kicking off their classic-lineup reunion with a tiny club show next month? A tweet from the Whiskey-A-Go-Go bar in Los Angeles seems to indicate that the band is showing up prior to its first scheduled performances later that month… although the social media message may also be a hoax.

Former GN'R drummer Steven Adler (who is not part of the announced reunion) was scheduled to play at the 500-capacity Whiskey-A-Go-Go on Apr. 1, but that show has been cancelled. This tweet makes it seem like GN'R proper is taking his place, though:

Fuse has reached out to a rep for Guns N' Roses for comment. It's worth noting that Apr. 1 is… April Fool's Day. So maybe Whiskey-A-Go-Go is fooling all of us.

Guns N' Roses announced that Axl Rose, Slash and Duff McKagan will finally set aside their differences and reunite in 2016. The group's first announced shows will take place at Las Vegas' new T-Mobile Arena on Apr. 8 and 9, with headlining sets at Coachella to follow on Apr. 16 and 23.
