During Jonah Hill's opening monologue on Saturday Night Live last night (March 5), the actor made an attempt to upstage the evening's musical guest, Future, by spitting a few bars from the rapper's song, "Jumpman."

While the original "Jumpman" features verses from Drake, Hill tried his luck at putting his own stamp on the track by bouncing around the stage like a swaggering MC. Watch the clip here via NBC.

During his monologue, Hill all but reveals that his ultimate fantasy is to be a rapper. He then makes a decent attempt at replacing Drake, but all signs indicate that his career as an MC will ultimately be short-lived. Last night's episode was the actor's 4th stint as host of Saturday Night Live, and featured a surprise musical performance from The Weeknd.
