Justin Bieber has canceled all of his meet-and-greets, citing depression and exhaustion as the reason why he can't meet with fans during his ongoing Purpose World Tour.

The "Sorry" singer posted a lengthy Instagram caption on Tuesday night (March 22), saying that he is too filled with other people's "spiritual energy" that he ends up being drained.

"Love u guys.. I'm going to be canceling my meet and greets. I enjoy meeting such incredible people but I end up feeling so drained and filled with so much of other people's spiritual energy that I end up so drained and unhappy.. Want to make people smile and happy but not at my expense and I always leave feeling mentally and emotionally exhausted to the point of depression .. The pressure of meeting people's expectations of what I'm supposed to be is so much for me to handle and a lot on my shoulders. Never want to disappoint but I feel I would rather give you guys the show and my albums as promised. Can't tell you how sorry I am, and wish it wasn't so hard on me.. And I want to stay in the healthy mindset I'm in to give you the best show you have ever seen ;)"

TMZ writes that a fan slipped past security and got too close on Monday night (March 21).

Reports say Bieber is offering refunds for the VIP packages, which are priced up to $2,000, but only FULL refunds, which means that a concert-goer would have to give up their ticket to the show, as well as backstage access, in order to get their money back.

A fairer refund has yet to be worked out, but fans do not seem too happy about the news. But of course, many Beliebers are just happy he's putting his health first.
