Kendrick Lamar never traditionally labeled his latest project, untitled unmastered., a surprise album that dropped earlier this month and featured raw and seemingly perfect imperfections from the passionate hip-hop king. But Lamar decided to trim one of the untamed songs from the eight-track LP and make it into the single late on Wednesday night (March 23).

Presenting: "untitled 07 | levitate" a recut version of "untitled 07," which was originally over eight minutes long. He chopped out his 1:45 rap over Egypt's (Swizz Beats and Alicia Keys' 5-year-old son) beat and an acoustic studio jam at the end.

What we get is a short and sweet sampling of untitled, unmastered.—a wobbly, twisted circus vibe and Kendrick's declarations:

Love won't get you high as this
Drugs won't get you high as this
Fame won't get you high as this
Chains won't get you high as this
Juice won't get you high as this
Crew won't get you high as this
Hate won't get you high as this
Levitate, levitate, levitate, levitate
