Were you there? When LCD Soundsystem reunited for its first show in five years? A few hundred people can say that they were, as James Murphy and co. returned for the first performance of a two-night stint at New York’s Webster Hall on Sunday night (Mar. 27).

LCD Soundsystem broke up in 2011 following a massive farewell show at Madison Square Garden in April 2011. The group announced the two-night Webster Hall residency last week, and delivered the hits, including “Daft Punk Is Playing at My House,” “Losing My Edge,” “Yeah” and the set-capping “All My Friends.”

The group’s reunion was officially announced along with the Coachella lineup in January. Murphy has promised a new LCD album as well, although details of that project are still TBD.
