UPDATE (3/18): Offset is free, and reportedly was arrested by mistake. The rapper argues that he already paid a suspended license ticket, and a court official tells TMZ that he is correct.

ORIGINAL STORY (3/17)Migos member Offset has reportedly been arrested for driving with a suspended license, just three months after ending a lengthy jail sentence.

According to TMZ, the rapper (real name: Kiari Cephus) was pulled over in Atlanta on Thursday, and when police officers ran his name, the suspended license came up. Offset reportedly cannot be bailed out until Friday.

Offset spent eight months behind bars for drugs and firearms possession. He reached a deal to leave jail and received five years probation.
