Alicia Keys will be making her musical comeback soon, with the R&B-pop siren making the official announcement on her Snapchat account. Watch the adorable announcement where she confirms she has new music on the way and has performances already lined up:

The performance she's referencing likely refers to her upcoming Saturday Night Live gig that was announced over the weekend; she'll take the stage on May 7 as Oscar-winner Brie Larson hosts. Keys was also recently confirmed as a new coach on the fall 2016 season of The Voice alongside Miley Cyrus.

To date, Keys has six platinum-selling albums to her name, starting back in 2001 when she crashed into the scene with "Fallin'." She most recently dropped 2012's Girl on Fire, which hit No. 1 and won her Best R&B Album at the 2014 GRAMMY Awards. The new record is anticipated to be released this year.
