Music and politics have always gone hand in hand, but who knew it would happen at Coachella? Supporters of Bernie Sanders will be throwing a block party in honor of the presidential candidate called—get this—"Berniechella."

The two-day event is taking place from April 21-22, right before the second weekend of Coachella kicks off. As for the lineup? Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros frontman Alex Ebert, Ozomatli, Moses Summey, Venus and the Moon will all be performing. Shepard Fairey and Zoe Kravitz are also set to DJ.

Berniechella is a free event open to the public that will serve as a rally as well as a block party. No word if Bernie himself plans to make an appearance in Old Town Indio, but organizers have been discussing the possibility with his campaign. Mayor Steven Hernandez told The Desert Sun:

“This is the first time since I’ve been here on this dais and the first time in the Coachella Valley that the campaign of a presidential candidate is willing to do an event. I think it’s good for us. It’s good for democracy and it’s good for the city.”
