Weekend 2 of Coachella is typically the more ho-hum affair, with less celeb sightings and A-list special guests coming onstage. Prince’s death last Thursday (Apr. 21) flipped the script on the two-weekend festival, however, as the second half of Coachella became a giant Prince tribute… with Usher leading the way on Sunday night.

According to Billboard, Usher hopped onstage with Major Lazer to perform “I Would Die 4 U” and “1999” as tributes to the Purple One. See his moves below:

Usher’s performance followed LCD Soundystem’s take on Prince’s “Controversy” during their headlining set on Friday night. Jack Ü also performed an extended Prince tribute during their Friday set, and Sufjan Stevens covered “Purple Rain” with some help from Gallant.
