In the latest saga of Ciara and Future's custody wars, the singer has just lost in a major way in her battle with the rapper. According to TMZ, a California judge sided with Future and granted his request for joint custody of their one-year-old son, who is also named Future.

The "Dance Like We're Making Love" star has made it clear that she thinks Future is a bad father and wanted sole custody of her child, but California courts favor joint custodies over sole ones.

Ciara and Future have been going at it ever since they called off their engagement in 2014. Earlier this year, the singer sued her ex for $15 million over slander and libel (which Future recently countersued). They've also had a few entertaining Twitter feuds, with Future claiming that CiCi "got control problems" and doesn't let him see his son.
