Jon Snow may know nothing, but Kit Harington knew too much when his bosses at Game of Thrones revealed that his character would, in fact, survive to see the show's fifth season. He was sworn to secrecy upon learning of his fate, but that didn't stop him from using this insanely valuable intel to his advantage in the months leading up to the big reveal.

On The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the secrecy of Harington's situation was the first topic broached by the host, because, hi, THIS HAS BEEN THE BIGGEST DEAL on one of the biggest shows on TV right now. Harington goes on to say that he didn't keep mum, despite the delicate nature of the situation, and that his parents, his girlfriend, and one policeman all knew that Jon Snow was alive before GoT viewers did.

Yep, you read that correctly: A random cop knew that Jon Snow had survived a stabby, brutal betrayal before half the damn cast did. Harington told Fallon that he was pulled over for speeding, and that the stone-faced officer gave him an easy way out: He could either get written up for the driving offense, or he could spill the details about Snow's fate. Harington weighed his options and chose the latter.

The cop's response? "Mmhmm. On your way, Lord Commander."
