TMZ reports that 50 Cent and Dr. Dre are being sued by producer Brandon Parrott.

According to Parrott, he sent Dr. Dre 10 tracks back in 2001. Among those tracks was one titled “BAMBA,” which Parrott claims was used two years later without his consent in “P.I.M.P.” Parrott also alleges that a producer from Dr. Dre’s Aftermath Entertainment contacted him to admit that “BAMBA was mistakenly used in “P.I.M.P."”

Parrott also recounted that he signed a settlement deal based on the false story he was told. He maintains that he has since been taken advantage of and is looking for appropriate compensation for the use of “BAMBA.”
